Professional and very helpful front desk! Incredible hot breakfast every morning, shout out to the ladies! They also clean the rooms and pretty often with replacing the towels unlike other places I have been which doesn't do that in guise of Covid! They also offer free shuttle service in 10 km radius which was very convenient. Location is perfect for someone who is new and doesn't know Spanish. Walkable distance to the mall with food court behind the property and walk a bit further and cross the highway next to the mall you will find even bigger Liverpool mall. Lots of options for food around as well as shopping.

The staff was very helpful. Our room was large with a frig and sitting area. We had a standard 2 queen bed room. The location is outstanding for access to the foothills and easy walking to several different dinning options including a very nice grocery store.

Stayed there in March, everything was excellent especially the staff. Was unable to make it this time for my art workshop this month of July but am looking forward to next time.

the hotel is very clean and the staff was very friendly. The bed and sheets are very nice. Very comfy and clean. Ac in the rooms was very cold.
